The Acceleration Sprint

Ship your org.

The
Acceleration Sprint

One artifact.
One rhythm.

One team.

An AI-powered org reset that ships real product and installs a better way of working for all functions.

The Acceleration Sprint is a working transformation sprint where cross-functional teams stop circling around the work and start building the real thing, together, in real time with AI-powered decisioning at the core

This is not a sticky-note marathon or another Figma-heavy sprint that dies in a doc. It’s a hands-on, high-velocity process powered by AI tools that collapse the gap between idea, iteration, and execution — so the problem-solving happens on the artifact itself, not across ten deliverables and three weeks of decision debt.

You’ll walk away with two outcomes:

  • A validated product that’s been shaped, prototyped, and validated with AI-assisted velocity.

  • A better cross-functional operating protocol, captured in real time as the team learns how to think and work as one.

Outcome 1:
A Better Product

🎯 Ship what matters. Faster.

AI collapses the “decide → spec → design → test” loop into a single track. You’ll build and validate a real product feature or prototype with your actual team — in the same place, at the same time.

- AI-powered prototyping and validation

- One shared artifact, not ten scattered decks

- Real-time input from users, stakeholders, and engineers

✅ Tangible progress

✅ Customer-aligned output

✅ Zero wasted cycles

Outcome 2:
A Better Way

🧠 Work how it should. With less friction.

While you’re building, we’re coaching each function on how to show up — and documenting how the team naturally aligns when they’re focused on one evolving artifact instead of scattered deliverables.

- Clear roles and faster decisions

- Fewer meetings, better rituals

- Documented collaboration protocol that sticks

✅ Sustainable speed

✅ Design fully integrated

✅ Repeatable, reliable teamwork

What to Expect

  • The sprint doesn’t start on day one — it starts with prep that ensures we’re solving the right problem, with the right people, in the right context.

In the 1–2 weeks leading up to the sprint, we’ll work with you to:

    • Line up customers or users for fast, high-signal feedback during the sprint (no scrambling midstream).

    • Schedule 1:1 interviews with key stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and the business to map friction points and goals.

    • Select a product opportunity that’s high-impact, learnable, and worth prototyping together.

    • Review your current process artifacts (decks, docs, boards, whatever you’ve got) to see what’s helping and what’s just noise.

    • Define what “good” looks like — so we know what we’re steering toward, not just away from.

This is the groundwork that makes the sprint fly. Skip this, and you’re just moving fast in the wrong direction.

    • Focus: Identify where your team is misaligned — in roles, rituals, or decision-making.

    • Activities: Stakeholder interviews, org mapping, friction point analysis, shared goals setting.

    • Outcome: Everyone sees where things are breaking and agrees on what success looks like.

    • Focus: Choose the right product slice and align the team around a single, high-value artifact.

    • Activities: AI-powered ideation, scope definition, co-prioritization, sprint rules of engagement.

    • Outcome: One shared problem, one prototype path, and clear ownership across functions.

    • Focus: Work together — in the artifact — using AI tools to collapse loops between strategy, design, and validation.

    • Activities: Rapid prototyping, integrated decision-making, user feedback capture, protocol modeling.

    • Outcome: Real progress on a real thing, with team behaviors and handoffs being shaped live.

    • Focus: Finalize and test the artifact, extract what worked, and codify the new way of working.

    • Activities: User feedback synthesis, refinement, rollout plan, cross-functional playbook delivery.

    • Outcome: A validated product outcome + a documented protocol for how your org builds from here.

Duration: 4 -6 Weeks

Focus: One real product initiative, shaped and shipped

Team: Product, Design, Engineering + executive stakeholders

Tooling: AI-assisted prototyping, feedback synthesis, and decision support

Led by: Me and my team - live coaching, strategic modeling, hands-on collaboration
